At The Hidden Shelf Nook, we want you to love your books! If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

What Can Be Returned?

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that arrived damaged

• Items with printing errors

• Incorrect items shipped

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Digital downloads or eBooks

• Books that have been read or are no longer in new condition

• Change-of-mind purchases

Return Timeframe

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
