- Your envelope will ship by December 5th at the latest.
- The next month’s theme is revealed on the 25th of each month. You’ll have until the 1st to join that month’s adventure.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the 1st of each month.
- You can cancel anytime — no questions asked.

Can I see what’s inside ahead of time?
Yes! Each month’s envelope is revealed on the 25th. However, please don’t spoil the surprise for your child — each envelope includes hidden treasures to be discovered only after reading certain pages in the storybook.
Can I join anytime?
Yes! You can subscribe whenever you wish. Just note that spots are limited — if we’re full, you can join our waitlist by emailing support@hiddenshelf.shop.
Whenwill I be charged?
Renewal payments are processed on the 1st of every month.
When do envelopes ship?
All envelopes are mailed by the 5th of each month.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@hiddenshelf.shop. Please send your request before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for
the upcoming shipment.
